Max Fit was our most fun client, and they always let us have full creativity for their ideas. They would ask for something celebrating Cinco de Mayo and we'd come up with something fun! This was printed with discharge ink and I absolutely loved how it came out.

I didn't take a lot of photos back when I started working on shirts - I didn't have a cellphone with a quality camera until about 2017, and I didn't take my DSLR to work until 2014 or so! All I have of them are these mock-ups.
I enjoy designing for bright colors on black shirts, but I also understand that there are plenty of reasons to select a different color shirt.
While at Color Tech in Salinas, California, I learned to love water-based ink and discharge ink. Since then, I started designing with the colors gapped from each other so there was no risk of color contamination. I got pretty tight on the registration for some of these!
